We started Navdev because we got tired of watching small businesses get squeezed by legacy 3PLs.
Our story
Navdev was founded in 2018 by a team of ex-3PL operators who spent a decade running fulfillment for Fortune 500 brands. We kept noticing the same thing: the smaller the customer, the worse the service.
SMBs were stuck choosing between DIY shipping out of a garage and signing 3-year contracts with legacy providers who treated them as an afterthought. We built Navdev to be the third option — enterprise-grade infrastructure with operator-grade accountability, sized for businesses doing 500 to 50,000 orders a month.
Today we operate twelve facilities across the U.S. and ship millions of orders a year. We're still independent, still privately held, and still answer the phone when our customers call.
